MENUS

Each hostel prepares their own breakfasts of cereals or toast and on occasions a traditional English breakfast.

All other meals are prepared by our Head Chef, in our fully fitted professional kitchen, using fresh ingredients wherever possible.  Much of the fruit and most of the vegetables we use are grown in our own garden without the use of chemicals and we have been buying organic beef for many years.

Set menus for the whole term are clearly displayed in each hostel.

At 12.45pm the boarders return to their hostel for lunch with their Care Staff.  Lunches can be hot or cold main courses followed by sensational hot or cold desserts, with fresh fruit always available at the table.

At 5.00pm the hostels have supper.  Once again, a full range of hot or cold meals are provided.

Before going to bed, a snack and drink is provided and prepared in each hostel.

Some of the more favourite meals liked by the boys are:

Roast chicken, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
      Banoffee Pie

     Sausage, chips and baked beans.
     Chocolate sponge and chocolate sauce

Bacon chop with apricot glaze, crushed potatoes and fresh
vegetables. Fruit jelly and ice cream

Children have also been introduced to dishes such as: Spicy Cous Cous, Chicken Tagine, Seafood Lasagne, Smokey Fish Pie, Chicken Fajitas and Moussaka.
